For orders shipped
direct from Dallas, you can cancel up to the time the order is
shipped.
For all other orders - except embroidery and custom
orders, two business days notice is required to verify that your order has
not shipped or is not shipping on the date of requested cancellation.
Embroidery and custom orders cannot be cancelled if the embroidery is in
process, or the customization has been initiated on your order.
If your order has shipped, or is shipping on the date we
process your cancellation notice, you can return the product subject to
the guidelines in the return policy.
Your order is cancelled when we confirm that it is
cancelled.
